Returns & Exchanges

At Lilja the Label, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, eco-friendly swimwear that reflects our commitment to sustainability and lasting design. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a purchase. To ensure a smooth and transparent return process, please review our return policy below:


Return Eligibility:

  1. You may send back a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. The item(s) being returned must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
  3. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill our return form HERE.
  2. Clearly mark your name and order number on a paper slip inside the package.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible.
  4. Follow the country-specific shipment instructions received by email after filling our return form.
  5. Please make sure you send your items back within 14 days from receiving your order.


Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can either arrange your own shipment back to our warehouse, or within Finland, use our prepaid Posti code at a fixed cost.



Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

If you have qualified for our free shipping (on orders over 150€) and return items so that your order total doesn't reach 150€, our standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.



We offer size exchanges via our return portal. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.
