Some useful info to read through before placing an order

CARE GUIDE

How to keep your new swimwear looking fresh?

– Rinse your swimwear with fresh water after every use, as soon as possible.
– Do not leave your bikini to dry in direct sunlight to avoid fading of colours.
– Hand wash at no more than 30°C. Or just have a swim instead!
– No machine washing, tumble drying or ironing.
– Do not hang your bikini to dry from its straps to avoid stretching.

SHIPPING

Domestic (Finnish) orders are shipped via Posti within 2 days upon confirmed payment. Expected delivery of your order will vary between 1 – 3 days after leaving our warehouse. Upon placing an order, you are able to choose a Posti delivery point most convenient to you. Once your package arrives to your chosen delivery point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message. All orders will receive a tracking code together with the shipping confirmation we send you by e-mail once the order has left our warehouse.

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express. DHL Express takes 1-2 business days after our shipping confirmation to reach other EU countries and 2-3 business days to non-EU countries after leaving our warehouse. All DHL Express orders receive a tracking code and real-time tracking updates.

After we have completed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. Shortly after this, DHL will e-mail/SMS you with their real-time tracking code. You can safely click the link on the message to access DHL’s On Demand Delivery system. As a default, our orders are delivered straight to your door. If you wish, you are also able to choose from several other options, such as collection from a DHL service point, delivery to neighbour or delivery to another address, such as your workplace, school or a family member. If you are away, DHL can place the order on hold for up to 30 days.

Please note that orders to non-EU countries might be liable for additional import taxes and other fees determined by your country if your shipping address is outside of the European Union. We are not responsible of these duties, taxes and fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We absolutely love every single one of the items we have created and we hope you feel the same! If for any reason you don’t, don’t worry!

Return Period

We have a full 14-day exchange and return policy counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order or parts of it, please attach our return form to your return shipment. In case your package was missing this form (as cool as we are, we’re only human!) or if you have misplaced it, please e-mail us for further instructions. Should you need any help regarding returns or exchanges, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@liljathelabel.com.

Please note: the products must be unworn, clean and undamaged.

Return Cost

The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns so please make sure you verified the information before sending the items back to us. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the costs of your new delivery. Pro tip: send your items back as a LETTER, so pack them flat and ask for them to be shipped as a letter. This is way cheaper for you!

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@liljathelabel.com with your name, product information and order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to carry out a standard return (please see instructions above). A shipment that gets returned to us because the customer has not picked it up from the post office, IS NOT a return. In this case, we can not refund you the entire amount. This causes us unnecessary costs and therefore we will only be able to refund the difference after deducting these costs.
