We ship all orders from Finland (part of the EU).

Shipping times and couriers: You have the option to choose from DHL Express and GLS.

DHL Express will take 1-3 business days after our shipping confirmation. After we have completed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. After this, DHL will e-mail/SMS you with their real-time tracking code and estimated delivery date. You can safely click the link on the message to access DHL’s On Demand Delivery system. As a default, our orders are delivered straight to your door. If you wish, you are also able to choose from several other options, such as collection from a DHL service point, delivery to neighbour or delivery to another address, such as your workplace, school or a family member. If you are away, DHL can place the order on hold for up to 30 days.

GLS is our standard mail option and will take 2-6 business days within the EU.  In most countries, the package is delivered directly to your door. GLS packages are tracked and you will receive a tracking code together with your shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. We are hoping you to get your package as quickly as possible and will always do our best, but unfortunately cannot guarantee exact delivery times for the standard shipping option as delays may be out of our control.

The Brexit has caused some changes in EU VAT regulations and there currently is a VAT limit of 135GBP in place. This means that orders below 135GBP have VAT included, and orders above 135GBP don’t. If your order is above 135GBP, you will have to carry out a customs clearance and pay the import VAT once your package arrives in the UK. While the changes are outside our scope of control, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Shipping to the UK takes 2-4 business days but depends on the customs clearance you may have to carry: usually orders are delivered on the day following the customs clearance in the UK. DHL Express will carry out the customs clearance on behalf of you and will send you an invoice for the VAT and possible handling fees when your order is above 135GBP.

Shipping times: Expected delivery of your order will vary between 1 – 3 business days after leaving our warehouse in Turku.

Delivery methods: You can either choose Posti, Matkahuolto or store pickup.

Postipaketti will arrive at a pick-up point of your choice and you will receive an e-mail and a text message from Posti once the package arrives. The post offices will store the packages for 7 days.

Alternatively, if your order is small enough, you can choose Pikkupaketti as your delivery option. This means that your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox and you won’t have to pick it up from a post office. 

Matkahuolto will arrive at a pick-up point of your choice and you will receive an e-mail or a text message once the package arrives. Generally packages are stored for 7 days.

Store pickup from our store in Helsinki is possible at no cost. We will send you an email once your package is ready. If we have the items in-store, it will take 0-1 business days, and if we order the items from our central warehouse, it will take 2-3 business days.

We are a part of the VOEC system. The Norwegian VAT (25%) is collected by us at the time of checkout, so VAT is not payable at the time of import in Norway. The price you see during checkout and on the product pages includes the Norwegian VAT and no other costs will be added.
