We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the world on all orders over 75€. Standard shipping rates apply for smaller orders.
All domestic (shipping address in Finland) orders are shipped via Posti within two business days. You should expect your order to arrive within four days after receiving our shipping confirmation by e-mail. Please note that Posti doesn’t deliver to all areas every day anymore – this is out of our control and might cause delays in delivery.
All international orders are shipped via Finnish Post also within two business days and should reach you within a week, but this depends on where you live and how your local courier operates. We can not guarantee exact arrival dates, but will of course do all we can to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We absolutely love every single one of the items we have created and we hope you feel the same! If for any reason you don’t, don’t worry!
We have a full 14-day exchange and return policy counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order or parts of it, please attach our return form to your return shipment. In case your package was missing this form (as cool as we are, we’re only human!) or if you have misplaced it, please e-mail us for further instructions. Should you need any help regarding returns or exchanges, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Please note: the products must be unworn, clean and undamaged.
The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns so please make sure you verified the information before sending the items back to us. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the costs of your new delivery. If you’re unsure about how to send an item back to us and how much it should cost, please contact us! Because our items are small, it’s usually easiest and cheapest to send them back as a letter. Just make sure that the envelope or a shipping bag you use is properly closed and can’t get damaged on the way.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to carry out a standard return (please see instructions above). A shipment that gets returned to us because the customer has not picked it up from the post office, IS NOT a return. In this case, we can not refund you the entire order amount. This causes us unnecessary costs and therefore we will only be able to refund the difference.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
