Can I return a preorder item?

Absolutely! Our standard return policy applies on all pre-order items as well. This means you can shop with peace of mind: if for any reason you want to return the item, our usual 14+14 day policy applies, counted from the day you receive your order. You register your return within 14 days of receiving the order, and then ship it back within another 14 days. So the wait time for pre-order items does not affect the return policy at all — the window always starts from when your order arrives.
