Yes! As long as your pre-order hasn’t yet been shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel it free of charge if your situation changes or the wait feels too long. Just email us your order number and let us know you’d like to cancel — no reason needed, and it’s completely ok if you need to! We’ll refund your entire order amount, including the shipping cost, to your original payment method.
If your order has already been sent and you’d like to return the item(s), our standard 14+14 day return policy applies: register your return within 14 days of receiving the order, then ship it back within another 14 days. Our standard return policy applies to all pre-order items as well.
