How it works
- Register your exchange in our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Choose whether you'd like the same item in a different size, or a completely different item.
- Send the original item back within 14 days of registering.
- We ship your new item as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.
What does it cost?
We cover the shipping of your new item. Sending the original item back works the same way as a regular return, and that shipping cost is yours. See Do I have to pay for my return?
Good to know
- One exchange is included per order. A second exchange, or a return after an exchange, follows our standard return process and fees.
- The item you send back needs to be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner in place.
- Not sure which size to exchange to? Email your measurements to hello@liljathelabel.com and we'll recommend a size before you register the exchange.
In a rush to get your new item? Register a standard return and order the new item straight away. That way you don't have to wait for your return to reach us first. We refund the original item as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.
