Join us for our weekly morning swim at Eira Beach in Helsinki! Every Thursday at 7:30 a.m., we gather at the pier on the right side of the beach to enjoy the stunning local coastline and take a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea together.
As a bonus, you can collect our special Swim Club stamps for each participation and earn special treats from Lilja the Label and our partner brands. For the latest updates, follow us on our community Instagram @liljaswimclub to stay in the loop.

Lilja Swim Club in a nutshell
Does it cost something?
Absolutely not! Our weekly event is completely free for all participants.
Many times, we will even bring some little gifts from Lilja the Label or our partner brands :)
Do I need to register?
No registration is needed - just show up in the morning!
Do I need to wear Lilja the Label?
No :) While we love seeing many of you in our swimwear, it is absolutely not a requirement.
Just come as you are and wear what you like!
Is it only for women?
No :) The event is open to all.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a swimsuit of your choice, a towel, and anything else you may need for your swim.
We don’t sell, rent or borrow any items at the event, so just pack your own swim bag and come meet us in the morning.
Where to find us in Eira
Lilja Swim Club gathers together in Eira, Helsinki. The beach is easy to reach, whether on foot or by tram. Take tram 6 to Munkkisaari, and from there, it’s just a short 2-minute walk to the shore.
We’ll gather at the end of the pier on the right side of the beach. Check the attached map to find us!
