Packing
Our warehouse aims to pack your order within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed over the weekend are packed and shipped on Monday. When your parcel has been handed to the courier, you get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.
Courier delivery times by country
- Finland: 1–2 business days (Posti, PostNord, Budbee). In-store pickup in Helsinki and warehouse pickup in Turku are also available.
- Germany & Austria: 1 business day (DHL), typically next business day in major cities
- Switzerland: 2–3 business days (DHL)
- Sweden & Denmark: 2–4 business days (Instabox, PostNord, UPS Standard), 1 business day with UPS Express
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days (Budbee, UPS Standard), 1 business day with UPS Express
- Other EU countries: 2–4 business days (UPS Standard), 1 business day with UPS Express
- Norway: 3–5 business days (PostNord, UPS Standard), 1 business day with UPS Express
- The UK: 3–4 business days (UPS Standard), 1 business day with UPS Express
- USA: 2–3 business days (UPS Express)
- Rest of the world: 2–6 business days (DHL/UPS)
These are the couriers' estimates, counted from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse. During sales and public holidays, packing and delivery can take a little longer.
