No, if you order to the EU, Norway, the UK or the USA. Possibly, if you order to Switzerland or anywhere else.
EU countries: nothing to pay
We ship from within the EU (Finland and Germany), so there is no customs clearance. Our prices include VAT, and the price you see at checkout is final.
Norway: nothing to pay
We're part of the Norwegian VOEC scheme. Norwegian VAT (25 %) and all import duties are included in our prices, and the courier won't charge you anything on delivery.
The UK: nothing to pay
All taxes, duties and import fees are included in our prices and settled before the parcel is sent. The courier won't charge you anything on delivery.
The USA: nothing to pay
All taxes, tariffs and import fees are included in our prices and settled before the parcel is sent. The courier won't charge you anything on delivery.
Switzerland: VAT and import charges are not included
Orders to Switzerland ship from our warehouse in Germany. Swiss VAT and possible import charges are not included in our prices, and you'll need to clear the parcel through customs when it arrives. Your local customs authority can tell you what applies to your order.
Rest of the world: VAT and import charges are not included
For all other countries, you may need to clear your parcel through customs and pay import VAT or duties on arrival. Thresholds and rates differ by country and are outside our control, so it's worth checking with your local customs authority before you order.
Good to know
If a parcel to a country outside the EU is refused at delivery or at customs, 40 € is deducted from the refund to cover the return freight and customs costs. If you want to send your order back, collecting it and making a standard return is the cheaper option. Read more: What happens if I don't pick up my parcel or refuse the delivery?
