Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet and we see your request in time. Orders are packed quickly, so contact us as soon as you can.
Cancel the order
You can cancel an order yourself, free of charge, until it has been shipped. Sign in to your account, open the order and choose cancel. You can also email us at hello@liljathelabel.com with your order number and we'll cancel it for you. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Change the size, colour, an item or the address
Email hello@liljathelabel.com right away with your order number and what you'd like to change. If the order hasn't been packed when we see your message, we'll make the change and confirm it by email. Changes can't be made in your account, only by us.
Add an item
Email us in the same way. If the order has already been packed, the quickest way is to place a new order for the extra item.
If the order has already been shipped
It can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you still have options once it arrives:
- Wrong size or style: exchange it through our returns portal. Within the EU, one exchange per order is free. See Can I exchange an item?
- Don't want it after all: register a return within 14 days of receiving it. See How do I return or exchange my order?
- Wrong address: see Can I change my shipping address?
