Finland and the rest of the European Union
For all orders within Finland and the rest of the EU, our prices include VAT and all other taxes and fees. The price you see at checkout is final, and you won’t have to carry out a customs clearance or pay any additional fees.
Norway
We are part of the VOEC system in Norway, so Norwegian VAT (25%) and all import duties are included in our prices when shipping to Norway. You won’t have to carry out a customs clearance, and the price you see at checkout is final.
The UK
Our prices include all taxes, duties and import fees for orders to the United Kingdom. Everything is settled before your parcel is sent, so the price at checkout is what you pay — the courier won't charge you anything on delivery.
The USA
Our prices include all taxes, duties and import fees for orders to the United States. Everything is settled before your parcel is sent, so the price at checkout is what you pay — the courier won't charge you anything on delivery.
Rest of the world
For all other countries, VAT and import fees are not included. You may need to clear your parcel through customs and pay your country's import charges on arrival. These vary by country and are outside our control, so it's worth checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure.
