Yes! Sale items bought online can be exchanged and returned on exactly the same terms as full-price items.
Exchange
Within the EU, one exchange per order is free, also for sale items: we pay for both the return and the shipping of your new item. Sale styles are often down to the last pieces and usually aren't restocked, so if you want another size, register the exchange soon. See Can I exchange an item?
Return
- Register the return in our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the items back within 14 days of registering.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and clean, with all tags and the hygiene liner in place.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. See Do I have to pay for my return?
