Lilja doesn't run campaigns often. When there is one, it's announced in our newsletter and on Instagram at @liljathelabel. Styles from previous collections and last pieces are in the Sale category of our online store.
Free shipping on your first order
Sign up for our newsletter on our website and you get free shipping on your first order.
Is there a student discount?
We don't have a student discount, but the newsletter sign-up gives everyone free shipping on their first order.
Codes from coupon sites
Discount codes listed on coupon sites are not from Lilja and don't work, so there's no need to search for one. Every valid Lilja code is shared in our newsletter or on our own social media channels.
How to use a discount code
Enter the code in the discount code field at checkout and check that the discount shows in the order total before you pay.
My discount code isn't working
- Check the spelling. Codes have no spaces, and a copied code sometimes picks up a space at the end.
- Check the campaign period. Codes are valid for a limited time.
- Check what the code applies to. A code can be limited to certain products, and it may not apply to items that are already discounted.
If a valid code still doesn't work, or you forgot to enter it, email hello@liljathelabel.com with the code and your order number (if you've already ordered), and we'll look into it.
I ordered just before a campaign started. Can I get the difference back?
We completely understand the feeling when a price changes right after you've ordered. Unfortunately we aren't able to adjust the price of an order afterwards or apply a campaign to an order that has already been placed. The price is the one that was valid at the moment you ordered, and this works the same way in both directions, for every customer. We hope you understand, and that you enjoy your Lilja pieces just as much.
Gift cards
A gift card is not a discount code. It's entered in the same field at checkout and works as a payment method. See Does Lilja offer gift cards?
