Lilja sells online only at liljathelabel.com. Unfortunately there are fake webshops that copy our name, photos and design. They are not connected to Lilja, and orders placed there don't reach us.

How to recognise a fake site
- The address is almost right but not quite: another ending such as .shop, .info, .live or .pro, or an extra word such as "store" or "get" added to our name. Fake sites we know of include liljathelabel.shop, liljathelabel.info, liljathelabel.live, liljathelabel.pro, liljathelabelstore.shop and getliljathelabel.shop.
- The whole range is heavily discounted, for example everything at 70–90 % off, often as a "closing down" or "warehouse" sale. Lilja rarely runs campaigns, and never like that.
- There are no real contact details or company information.
The simplest check is the address bar: if it says liljathelabel.com, you're in the right place.
If you've ordered from a fake site
- Contact your bank or card issuer straight away, ask them to dispute the charge and, if you entered your card details, to block the card. If you paid with PayPal or Klarna, open a dispute with them.
- If you created an account with a password you use elsewhere, change that password.
- Let us know at hello@liljathelabel.com and include the address of the site. We report every fake site we hear about to get it taken down.
