What you can do in the store
- Try on and get sizing help. The store stocks our latest arrivals, bestsellers and some pieces from past collections, and we're happy to help you find your size.
- Pick up your online order. Choose in-store pickup in Helsinki at checkout. It's free.
- Bring in a return or exchange of an online order. Register it in our returns portal first and choose the in-store return option, then bring the items with you. There is no return shipping cost.
- Buy a gift card. Physical gift cards are available in the store.
Looking for a specific item?
In-store stock can differ slightly from the online store. Email hello@liljathelabel.com or call +358 50 551 2748 before you come, and we'll check that the item and size are there.
Buying in the store
In the store you can try everything on in peace, and we're there to help you find the size and style that feel right. Because of that, purchases made in the store are final and can't be returned or exchanged afterwards. If you'd like to think it over, that's completely fine, and you can always order online later.
