Returns and exchanges

We absolutely love every single one of the items we have created and we hope you feel the same! If for any reason you don’t, don’t worry! We have a full 14-day exchange and return policy counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order or parts of it, please read this page and fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

Please note: the products must be unworn, clean and undamaged. We will have to deny the return of your product in case the product is dirty, has been worn or has been otherwise damaged. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you.

Return cost

The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns so please make sure you verified the information before sending the items back to us. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the costs of your new delivery. Pro tip: if your local post office accepts letters, we advise you to send your items back as a LETTER, so pack them flat and ask for them to be shipped as a letter. This is way cheaper for you!

How do I return a product?

In an effort to continually minimise our environmental footprint, we have decided to move all returns in our digital system and will not include a return form in every shipment anymore.

If you wish to return or exchange any products, please first fill in the digital form below so we know that your return is coming. After filling in your information in our return form, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours (on business days Monday to Friday). This email will include all information needed to process your return and all instructions needed, such as our address, tips for packing and sending the package etc.

We also offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or for any other reason. If you wish to exchange any products, please fill in the return form as usual. Write down the products you wish to get as an exchange in the form below. As our stock is limited and we’re still a small business, we might not be able to guarantee exchanges. We will, however, do our best! We will email you within 24 hours (on business days Monday to Friday) and let you know whether the product(s) you wish to exchange to are available and send you the return information. We will pay for the delivery for your new item, but you are responsible of the return cost of your original item.

Please note: When you return products, we kindly ask you to either return the items in their original packaging, or to wrap them in some kind of packaging to protect them during shipping. As your return shipment is your responsibility until it reaches us, sending them back protected will help to keep them safe, undamaged and clean. Original packaging isn’t a requirement as we understand that it may break or otherwise not be suitable.
