Your order number is a # followed by five digits, for example #81234. You'll find it in these places:
- Your order confirmation email. It arrives right after you place the order, and the order number is at the top of the message. The sender is Lilja the Label, so searching your inbox for "Lilja" usually finds it. Check the spam folder too.
- Your shipping confirmation email. The same number is there as well.
- Your account. Sign in to your account with the email address you ordered with. All your orders and their numbers are listed there.
I can't find the number anywhere
That's fine, we can still find your order. Email hello@liljathelabel.com from the email address you used for the order, or tell us that address, together with your full name and roughly when you ordered.
I never received an order confirmation
The most common reason is a typo in the email address at checkout. If the payment has been charged but no confirmation has arrived and it isn't in your spam folder, email us your name, the order date and the items you ordered, and we'll look up the order and correct the address.
