A note from our founder
Ten years of Lilja
Where do I even start?! I started Lilja as a 22-year-old student back in 2016, mostly because I really wanted to build something of my own. I’ve always spent a lot of time in and around the water - swimming, surfing, you name it. I spent enough time in bikinis to have pretty strong opinions about what I wanted from them – and that combination became Lilja.
A lot fits into ten years, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built. Lilja has grown from something I started completely by myself into a brilliant team and a brand worn by people all over the world. That feels pretty special to say.
Seeing someone in Lilja never gets old. I love hearing which styles you swear by, seeing which new colours become your favourites, or finding out that you’ve convinced your sister, friend or mum to get one too.
Ten years is a big deal. And obviously, a decade of bikinis deserves a massive birthday party. So this weekend, we are celebrating with 20% off, online and in our Helsinki store. Thank you for the first ten. 🩵

Do I need a discount code?
No. The 20% comes off automatically at checkout on every full-price item in your cart.
Which items are included?
All full-price items. Items that are already discounted are not included.
When is the Birthday Sale on?
From Thursday the 1st of October at 00:00 until Sunday the 4th of October at 23:59, Finnish time.
Is it valid in the Helsinki store too?
Yes. The 20% applies both online and in our Helsinki store at Fredrikinkatu 25, on the same full-price items.
Can I combine it with another code?
The birthday discount can't be combined with other discount codes or existing product discounts.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, our standard exchange and return terms apply to all purchases made during the Birthday Sale.
