Yes. You can return any item from your online order, including sale items, as long as you stay within the time limits and the item is in its original condition.
Would another size or style work instead?
Within the EU, one exchange per order is free: we pay for both the return and the shipping of your new item. A return for a refund is at your own cost. See Can I exchange an item?
Time limits: 14 + 14 days
- Register your return in our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send the items back within 14 days of registering the return.
Returns registered or sent after these deadlines unfortunately can't be accepted.
Condition of the items
Swimwear is a hygiene product, so we can only accept items that are:
- unworn and unwashed
- clean, with no traces of makeup, deodorant, self tanner, perfume or other marks
- with all original tags and the hygiene liner still in place
