We process your refund within 2–3 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. From the day you post the parcel, the whole process typically takes 7–14 days, depending on how long the courier takes.
How it goes
- Your return arrives at our warehouse and you get an email confirmation.
- We check the items and process the refund, usually within 2–3 business days. You get a second email when this is done.
- The money is returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few more days before it shows on your account.
How much will I get back?
You're refunded the price of the items you returned.
One thing can affect the amount: if your order qualified for free shipping (over 150 €) and the items you keep add up to less than 150 €, our standard shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This doesn't apply if you return the entire order.
Exchanges
If you chose an exchange, there's no refund to wait for. We ship your new item as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.
